If you are a current patient, simply send an email to mauricegrahamnp@grahammedgroup.com to receive an invite for a Zoom TeleHealth. It’s that easy! Follow these simple steps to start taking advantage of our telehealth appointments: Step 1: Become a patient of Graham Medical Group Step 2: Register with Zoom from a computer or smartphone and receive your invitation by email. Once you are registered, you can now use Zoom on a computer, smartphone or tablet to book your TeleHealth appointment.
