MEMBER COST Adults: (18 years to 64 years): 70$ a month Seniors: (65 years and older): 75$ a month Children: (6 months to 17 years): 35$ a month in addition to the parent’s membership fee. WHAT IS COVERED IN THE MEMBERSHIP? Membership covers access to a provider, prescription refills and referral management. Labs and immunizations are available as well with an additional fee.
